Welcome to this magnificent 6-person apartment located in the Aire residence, an accessible and quiet residence in a neighbourhood where you will find everything you desire. The location of this apartment is in Villamartín, Orihuela Costa, in the southern area of Alicante province, a privileged area surrounded by services that guarantee maximum daily comfort. It is a short drive from beautiful beaches, such as Flamenca or La Zenia beaches, both with clean waters and offering a wide range of services, such as parking, children's playground, toilets and Red Cross station with lifeguards. For shopping enthusiasts, 10 minutes by car at about 5 km, you will find the large La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre. Within 5 km, you have three excellent 18-hole golf courses: Golf Villamartín, Real Club de Golf de Campoamor and Golf Las Ramblas de Campoamor. Alicante-Elche airport is one hour away. The residence is very quiet. In the surroundings, you will find everything you desire, such as supermarkets about 12 minutes walking distance, lively places.
