Splendid flat for four people situated on the ground floor of a private residence in Orihuela Costa. This flat counts with two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. The living room is very bright and the kitchen is fully equipped. Finally, we have a bathroom with shower. The flat has all appliances, television, hot and cold air conditioning and a washing machine. There is also a large private terrace of 32 square metres. The flat also has a large communal swimming pool and children's pool, which can be accessed from the terrace. The surroundings are beautiful and very safe for children and the gardens, which also have a jacuzzi, are very nice. The sea is only 1.5 km away. There you can enjoy various water sports. On the other hand, we have the shopping centre La Zenia Boulevard at 2.5 km, one of the best shopping centres in Spain. There you will find a wide range of shops of all kinds. The Villamartin golf course is also very close, 4 km away. The bus stop is 500 metres from the building, so you can go to any area you wish. In the surrounding area there are several pubs, discotheques and other places of atmosphere. The surroundings are beautiful and very safe for children and the gardens are very nice and have a swimming pool, jacuzzi and paddling pool.
