This 6-person apartment has 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes (one with 1 double bed, the other with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (shower and bath), a living room with a sofa + sofa bed (2 folding beds) and a dining room. Television with French and Spanish channels. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, toaster, sandwich maker, blender, coffee maker and a laundry room with washing machine, manual dryer, iron and ironing board.
Lovely furnished terrace with a view of the pool.
The private complex is ideally located just a few minutes' walk from the beach, the town centre and its amenities. It has 2 swimming pools, beautiful landscaped gardens and an underground garage.
Opposite the development, you will find a large and beautiful children's park as well as a basketball court and a skate park less than 200m away.
The first golf course (Duquesa Golf) is located just 3 minutes away.
The pool is open from 01/07 to 31/08 (unless changed by government decision due to drought).
