Indeed, just a 10-minute walk away, you will discover the beaches and the port of La Duquesa, and between 2 or 300m, bars, restaurants and supermarkets (Mercadona, supersol, carrefour express..)
The apartment with a capacity for 6 people consists of
2 bedrooms (one with 1 double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Both have built-in wardrobes and a dressing room)
A folding bed for children.

A fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, sandwich maker, electric fryer, citrus juicer, salad spinner, potato grinder, toaster.

A dining room and a living room with a very comfortable sofa bed, television with Spanish and French channels and an electric wood fireplace,

The private complex is completely secure. It has two swimming pools and two children's pools, as well as beautiful well-maintained wooded gardens and a relaxation area.
On the side of the development you will find a large children's playground, a basketball court and a skate park 200m away. The first golf course is 2 km away (golf and beach holidays in Casares)
In the heart of Andalusia, you can easily reach Estepona (15min), Marbella (30min), Malaga (50min), Gibraltar (25min). A little further away, Ronda, Seville and Granada.
You can also spend a day on the African coast by taking the ferry (35min crossing) from Tarifa.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.
The swimming pool is open from 01/07 to 31/08 (except modification by government decision due to drought).

This beautiful 2-bedroom apartment with a terrace overlooking the coast is located in a private residence in the heart of a small typical marina on the Costa del Sol. It is fully equipped for 4 people. The residence has direct access to the beach from the communal gardens, 4 swimming pools, 2 paddle tennis courts (a very popular sport in Spain that combines pumpkin techniques with court rules, all outdoors), 24-hour security/24-hour guard at the entrance and CCTV surveillance, communal underground parking, a library with WiFi and finally a sports centre open every day with free entry. Located in the heart of the Costa del Sol, close to all amenities: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, beach, right next to the Duquesa port.
