This beautifully furnished apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and one with 1 double bed), 2 bathrooms (shower and bath, toilet, hairdryer), a bright living-dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen (senseo and iron). Large 30 m² south-facing terrace with views of the sea and children's playground.
This apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
The complex has two swimming pools (one for children), underground garage and secure access. Right in front of the complex is a large park, a basketball court and a skate park a little further away.
The apartment is very well located in the centre of the town of Sabinillas, where you can find all kinds of shops and restaurants. It is also only a 5-minute walk from the Puerto de la Duquesa and the beach, 50 minutes from Malaga airport, 10 minutes from Estepona.
The swimming pool is open from 01/07 to 31/08 (unless modified by government decision due to drought).

We stayed here for 2 and a half weeks. We found the apartment perfect for our stay. It was clean and served all our needs. Kitchen was well equipped and the oven and dishwasher appeared to be brand new. The pools were great. No quiet time and kids wsee more

Kitchen was well equipped and the oven and dishwasher appeared to be brand new. The pools were great. No quiet time and kids were allowed to have floaties in the pool. The grounds are immaculate. Lovely little library on site too where you can leave your books and get some new ones.
