Lovely ground floor with terrace where you can enjoy a cocktail with views of the Mediterranean Sea and the small private garden in the middle of the fully renovated residential complex. It is composed of several facilities such as a recently inaugurated swimming pool with sea views on one side and mountain views on the other. Located just 1.5 km from the beaches and a changing panorama, just minutes from the Duquesa marina and numerous golf courses that have given it the name "Costa del Golf". The apartment is new and fully equipped and has wifi, air conditioning, a washing machine and a dishwasher,... Come and discover a diverse area of Andalusia in the province of Malaga, beautiful and emblematic places like Estepona, Gibraltar, Marbella, Seville, Ronda, Cadiz, Cordoba, Granada,... You can enjoy with your partner or family beautiful boat trips and maybe find dolphins, the best beach clubs, typical beach bars at a good price as well as many more activities. The swimming pool is open from 01/07 to 31/08 (unless modified by a government decision due to drought).1 review
