Very nice, renovated, comfortable and bright penthouse apartment, directly by the sea in the luxurious Marina Real residential complex, which is directly adjacent to the typical port of Duquesa. Quiet, with direct access to shops and restaurants and a children's playground. The property has a large living area and a dining room, two bedrooms, including a master suite, two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and whirlpool, three terraces with sea views front and back on a hill with golf. Private internet access, TV and high-quality audio equipment. Air conditioning. Facilities and accommodation for six people (one double bed, two double beds, one large sofa bed). The residential complex has two large outdoor pools, one of them in a garden along the breakwater. The ideal place for a complete holiday on the Costa del Sol!
