A spacious 100 m² apartment will seduce you with its space, its interior decoration, its splendid views of the solarium, its south-west orientation. This beautiful 2-bedroom apartment with a terrace overlooking the coast is located in a private residence in the heart of a small typical marina on the Costa del Sol. It is fully equipped for 4 people. The residence has direct access to the beach from the communal gardens, 4 swimming pools, 2 paddle tennis courts (a very popular sport in Spain that combines pumpkin techniques with court rules, all outdoors), 24-hour security/24-hour guard at the entrance and CCTV surveillance, communal underground parking, a library with WiFi and finally a sports centre open every day with free entry. Located in the heart of the Costa del Sol, close to all amenities: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, beach, right next to the Duquesa port.
