The apartment offers a beautiful view of two pools and gardens and the Andalusian and coastal countryside. It has air conditioning and has been completely painted and decorated. The floors and bathrooms are of local marble.
It has a large living room extended by a large terrace with a dining corner and a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and laundry room with washing machine and iron. It has 2 bedrooms with new bedding (double bed in one and two singles in the other), 2 bathrooms and a toilet (one with bubble bath and shower, the other with shower).
It has Internet, TV and a garage. The area is secure 24/7.

I like the apartment but the knives in the kitchen need to be replaced, and some of the pots and pans. There are one pan and one pot that can be used for cooking, the other ones are unhealthy to use. Otherwise it is ok.

It has a large furnished terrace (18m²) with sea views and views of the gardens and pools. The apartment is very modern and fully equipped. It is composed as follows: a bedroom with 2 single beds (with built-in wardrobe), living room with low tables and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher, bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning in hot cold, flat screen TV, free Wifi. Duquesa Suites Golf and Gardens complex is located between the charming La Duquesa Golf (18 holes) and La Duquesa marina in San Luis de Sabinillas, a picturesque Andalusian village, 30 minutes from Marbella. Nice apartment in the port of La Duquesa, close to bars and restaurants. Fully equipped, this nice one-bedroom apartment can accommodate 4 people thanks to the sofa bed. The terrace has views of the marina. Comfortable and modern, it is the ideal base for a dream holiday on the Costa del Sol. Just a few minutes' walk from the beaches, it is also close to some of the best golf courses on the Costa del Golf. Shops and restaurants are just a step away.
