The apartment is located on the first floor, it is very bright and has views of the pool, the Mediterranean Sea, the mountains and the Duquesa golf course.
New and tastefully furnished, it is located in a 24-hour secure residence.
It can accommodate up to 5 people.
Composition: 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), 2 bathrooms (one with a bath and hydro jets and the other with a simple shower), living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning, covered parking space in the basement and access to the property by lift.
Opportunities for access to five swimming pools and paddle tennis (a mix of squash and tennis).
Ideal for a relaxing stay. The place will delight golf players (close to Golf de la Duquesa).
Children welcome, no pets allowed.

In the port of La Duquesa, you will find restaurants, bars, nightclubs. Beautiful walks down San Luis de Sabinillas or the other way to Castillo de la Duquesa and up to the Manilva nature reserve. Tourist opportunities inland, including visits to the white villages of Ronda, Casares and Gaucín.
