Are you looking for a quiet and spacious place for a family or friends vacation? You will love this vacation apartment located in a charming Andalusian-style residence (secure residence with security guards).
The residence includes 4 large common swimming pools that offer an unobstructed view of the sea and are surrounded by well-maintained gardens, as well as 2 small children's paddling pools.
One of the assets of this apartment is its terrace: 30m2 of outdoor space to enjoy the climate of the Costa del Sol.
This apartment located on the ground floor consists of 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en suite (main bedroom). This main bedroom also provides direct access to the terrace. A very spacious living room and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen at the back.
Location:
This apartment is ideally located, just a few minutes walk from the beach and the beautiful port of La Duquesa, where you can enjoy bars and restaurants, and less than an hour from Malaga airport and 30 minutes from Gibraltar.
There are also free parking spaces in the residence.
You will also be close to many attractions in the region, such as Marbella, Gibraltar, Estepona, Puerto Banus, Sotogrande, the beautiful white villages of Andalusia, and the famous golf courses in the area.
