The residence includes 4 large communal pools that offer breathtaking sea views and are surrounded by well-maintained gardens as well as 2 small paddling pools for children.
One of the strengths of this apartment is its terrace: 30m2 of outdoor space to enjoy the climate of the Costa del Sol.
This apartment located on the ground floor consists of 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en suite (master bedroom). This master bedroom also has direct access to the terrace. A very spacious living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen at the back.

This apartment is ideally located, just a few minutes walk from the beach and the beautiful port of La Duquesa, where you can enjoy bars and restaurants, and less than an hour from Malaga airport and 30 minutes from Gibraltar.
There are also free parking spaces in the residence.
You will also be close to many attractions in the region, such as Marbella, Gibraltar, Gibraltar, Estepona, Estepona, Puerto Banus, Sotogrande, the beautiful white villages of Andalusia, and the region's famous golf courses.

Nice apartment in the port of La Duquesa, close to bars and restaurants. Fully equipped, this nice one-bedroom apartment can accommodate 4 people thanks to the sofa bed. The terrace has views of the marina. Comfortable and modern, it is the ideal base for a dream holiday on the Costa del Sol. Just a few minutes' walk from the beaches, it is also close to some of the best golf courses on the Costa del Golf. Shops and restaurants are just a step away.
