The advertisement for the apartment on “Booking.com” states in both the room description and list of facilities that air conditioning is provided but, it does not say that this is restricted to 2 hour intervals which is misleading!

the owner had fitted an air conditioning timer restricting its use to a maximum of 2 hours per day. This applies throughout the day and night! Consequently, when going to bed we woke up sweating every two hours and had to get up and turn it on again for another two hours, and so it went on throughout the night and the August heat! |

Apartamento confortable, amplio , acogedor y muy practico. Con todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones estupendas. La zona es un filón aun sin explotar , muy tranquila y de gran belleza natural. La zona de piscina muy limpia y con poca gente.

Hola! Muchas gracias por su reserva y su comentario. Efectivamente la urbanización es muy nueva lo que le permite también tener poca gente a la piscina y quedar muy limpia y tranquila. No tener muchos vecinos puede ser una ventaja sobre todo en verasee more

No tener muchos vecinos puede ser una ventaja sobre todo en verano para evitar el ruido. Entendemos también que todo se va a mejorar a lo largo de los próximos meses. Esperemos que volverá a alquilar con nuestra inmobiliaria y si necesita cualquier cosa se puede poner en contacto con nuestras oficinas de la Costa del Sol tanto como de la Costa blanca para sus proximas vacaciones. We offer you a beautiful newly renovated apartment with high-quality decor and furniture. Located in a human-sized residence nestled in nature in the prestigious La Alcaidesa links. The residence is fully secured and has all the amenities for a satisfactory holiday. There are 3 swimming pools, including a children's pool for the little ones and a paddle court. The fully equipped apartment has two bedrooms (one en-suite) and 2 bathrooms (one with an Italian shower and the other with a bathtub). The bedding is of high quality. You can choose between 2 large terraces. One facing south where you can have breakfast or sunbathe. The other, much cooler in summer, where you can enjoy the garden furniture or the large dining table and the magnificent unobstructed view of the nature reserve and the sea. The magnificent Casa Club is 300 m away, where you can enjoy a drink, a meal or a game of golf in a magnificent setting with views of the sea and the Rock of Gibraltar. Although in a quiet and relaxing place, entertainment is not far away. Sotogrande, the St Tropez of the Costa del Sol, is 10 minutes away, the Puerto de la Duquesa with its marina, numerous bars (including a Belgian one) and restaurants is 20 minutes away. Want to go shopping? Gibraltar and its tax-free shops are 15 km away. One of the assets of the place is undoubtedly its immense wild beaches (1.5 km) among the most beautiful on the Costa del Sol.
