Key collection and drop off could be improved. We chose a later flight so the added 40mins to the journey with young children was not ideal. A key box is fitted to the wall outside the front door would solve this.

I would recommend that a fenced area in the garden is put up so you can have the sliding doors open and not have to worry about children escaping or wandering off down to the pool or other garden areas. Also items for small children, a potty or adaptsee more

Also items for small children, a potty or adapted toilet lids to stop little bottoms, falling through the toilet, a step for them to wash their hands to reach the sink.

This 3-bedroom apartment, brand new (2021), is located in a quiet and modern residence with a panoramic sea view and surrounded by the beautiful Estepona golf course. The complex has a large outdoor swimming pool, a modern gym, and beautiful gardens. The apartment is located on the ground floor, so you can enjoy a beautiful garden (44m²) and a large covered terrace (51m²). It consists of a main bedroom with an adjoining bathroom (large walk-in shower), a double room with a double bed, a double room with 2 single beds, and a second shared bathroom (bathtub/shower). The modern open kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle...) The comfortable living room is equipped with a bluetooth surround sound system, benefits from plenty of light and overlooks the terrace. The complex is very well located with all practical services nearby (Mercadona, Aldi, pharmacy, gas station...). Blue Lagoon Alcazaba and the clubhouse of Estepona Golf are nearby. By car, it takes 10 minutes to reach the marina, the pleasant city center, and Estepona beach. Marbella with the famous Puerto Banús port is 25 minutes from the residence.
