The golf course surrounding the complex ensures a calm and serene environment. It also includes an underground parking space. It is possible to walk to the beach and the supermarket in 10 minutes and to the port of La Duquesa in 15 minutes. This apartment is ideally located near all the amenities of the region (Estepona, Marbella, Sotogrande, ...). The activities offered are numerous and therefore ideal for family holidays or to play golf. Swimming pool open from 07/01 to 08/31 (except modification by government decision due to drought).

The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your meals as at home, with all the necessary utensils at your disposal. Enjoy the reversible air conditioning to cool down during the hot summer days or warm up during the cooler evenings (with a time limiter). Relax on our 25-square-metre furnished terrace, a quiet place where you can have breakfast or simply enjoy the Andalusian sun. With a reserved parking space, you won't have to worry about finding a spot for your car. High-speed internet and the Smart TV will allow you to stay connected and entertained during your stay. You will also be able to enjoy international channels.
