In a brand new complex located 600 m from the sea, we offer you a superb apartment with a 180° sea view and a south-facing 30m² terrace. The complex is equipped with a 200 m² swimming pool located just a few steps from the apartment, an air-conditioned indoor fitness room, and a common room accessible for various events. The bedrooms are equipped with two large double beds of 1.50 m and 1.60 m. For golfers, we are 200 m from the Doña Julia golf course. The beach is 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot, just like the small port of La Duquesa. Marbella is 25 minutes away, Sotogrande 15 minutes... On your arrival, you will also receive access to our website describing all the activities, restaurants, markets or shops that we have tested for you... The swimming pool is open from 01/07 to 31/08 (except modification by government decision due to drought).

Relax on our 25-square-metre furnished terrace, a quiet place where you can have breakfast or simply enjoy the Andalusian sun. With a reserved parking space, you won't have to worry about finding a spot for your car. High-speed internet and the Smart TV will allow you to stay connected and entertained during your stay. You will also be able to enjoy international channels. You will also be able to easily access the main Andalusian cities, such as Seville, Granada and Cordoba, which are less than two hours away by car.
