Located near the golf course and just a few minutes from the beach, restaurants and leisure areas, this apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Each room is equipped with comfortable beds and high-quality bedding. One of the bathrooms has a practical shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker and toaster, as well as cooking utensils. The spacious living room has a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi.
In addition, you can enjoy the communal swimming pool to relax and refresh. The apartment also has air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, a hair dryer and an iron, ensuring a comfortable stay at all times. Its surroundings are perfect for enjoying a relaxed and fun holiday.

Situated on the first floor of a 2-storey building with a lift, our apartment offers a comfortable and modern environment for your stay. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can accommodate up to four people, ideal for families or couples. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your meals as at home, with all the necessary utensils at your disposal. Enjoy the reversible air conditioning to cool down during the hot summer days or warm up during the cooler evenings (with a time limiter). Relax on our 25-square-metre furnished terrace, a quiet place where you can have breakfast or simply enjoy the Andalusian sun. With a reserved parking space, you won't have to worry about finding a spot for your car. High-speed internet and the Smart TV will allow you to stay connected and entertained during your stay. You will also be able to enjoy international channels. You will also be able to easily access the main Andalusian cities, such as Seville, Granada and Cordoba, which are less than two hours away by car.
