Welcome to our recently renovated apartment, a haven of peace in Andalusia, ideally located between the sea and the mountains.
Situated on the first floor of a 2-storey building with a lift, our apartment offers a comfortable and modern environment for your stay. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can accommodate up to four people, ideal for families or couples.
The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your meals as at home, with all the necessary utensils at your disposal. Enjoy the reversible air conditioning to cool down during the hot summer days or warm up during the cooler evenings (with a time limiter).
Relax on our 25-square-metre furnished terrace, a quiet place where you can have breakfast or simply enjoy the Andalusian sun. With a reserved parking space, you won't have to worry about finding a spot for your car.
High-speed internet and the Smart TV will allow you to stay connected and entertained during your stay. You will also be able to enjoy international channels. You will also be able to easily access the main Andalusian cities, such as Seville, Granada and Cordoba, which are less than two hours away by car.
Only 8 minutes by car is the charming port of La Duquesa, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy delicious local specialities. Take a stroll on the promenade and enjoy the lively atmosphere of this picturesque region.
The centre of Estepona is also only 12 minutes away by car, offering many opportunities for beautiful walks on the promenade. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery and relaxed atmosphere while exploring the shops, cafes and restaurants in the area.

The bedrooms are equipped with two large double beds of 1.50 m and 1.60 m. For golfers, we are 200 m from the Doña Julia golf course. The beach is 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot, just like the small port of La Duquesa. Marbella is 25 minutes away, Sotogrande 15 minutes... On your arrival, you will also receive access to our website describing all the activities, restaurants, markets or shops that we have tested for you...
