This apartment is located in the Alcazaba lake, which is one of the first complexes in Europe with a crystal clear lake. It is ideal for paddle boarding, kayaking and enjoying a beautiful artificial beach nestled in the hills of Estepona. The complex has several lagoon-style pools and its own restaurants on the shores of the lake; it has a progressive entrance that simulates the edge of the sea, which is ideal for the youngest children. The property is located on the ground floor of one of the blocks and has a lift or stairs. The main entrance hall gives access to a state-of-the-art kitchen, equipped with high-end lighting and appliances; it has a breakfast bar with views of the open living room and dining room, which is bright and airy. There is access to a sunny terrace with partial sea and well-kept garden views. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a covered parking space.
The two bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. Estepona is about 7 minutes by car, as is the Arroyo Vaquero beach, which is a large sandy beach less than 4 minutes away. There is easy access to supermarkets, schools and the new hospital that was completed in 2021. Estepona is a great family coastal town with many activities throughout the year, beautiful Andalusian squares and lively streets in the charming old town of Estepona. The promenade runs along the main beaches of Estepona, the promenade renovation project is underway with the aim of connecting all the promenades of the towns and villages from Manilva to Nerja.

Leider wurde in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt ,dass genau gegenüber der Wohnung eine Baustelle mit erheblichen Lärm ist.

The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your meals as at home, with all the necessary utensils at your disposal. Enjoy the reversible air conditioning to cool down during the hot summer days or warm up during the cooler evenings (with a time limiter). Relax on our 25-square-metre furnished terrace, a quiet place where you can have breakfast or simply enjoy the Andalusian sun.
