Beautiful apartment, located in the Alcazaba Lagoon complex, surrounded by blooming and planted gardens. It benefits from 2 shared swimming pools for the apartments as well as a private artificial lagoon for the houses (unique in Europe - area 15,000 m²).
The apartment is just a few minutes from the sea and the golf courses (2 minutes by car: Estepona Golf). It is also close to the port of Duquesa, shops and restaurants (10 minutes) as well as the beautiful towns and tourist attractions to be visited (Estepona).
The apartment is 50 minutes drive from Malaga airport, 25 minutes from Marbella and Puerto Banus (the Spanish Saint-Tropez), 30 minutes from Gibraltar and the port town of Sotto Grande (known for its port, 5 golf courses and restaurants) and is near the beautiful towns of Cordoba, Nerja, Granada, Casares, Ronda, Mijas or even two hours from the incredible city of Seville.
